Yes, unless It's your first time buying from the shop or you've bought $80 worth of merchandise from the website.
Shipping in the: US ranges from $4-$10 depending on how many products you bought Canada ranges from $9-$15.

I accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa.

Do I have to pay customs or import duty on my order?
For U.S. customers, there are generally no additional customs fees since the orders are shipped domestically.
Customers in Canada may have to pay customs duties or import taxes on their orders, depending on the item's value and origin.
- For Canadian customers, if the package is shipped from outside Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) may charge import duties, GST/HST, and handling fees. The exact amount depends on the item's declared value and category.
How can I get free shipping?
If you buy $80 worth of merchandise on the website, then you'll have free shipping!
How can I track my order?
After placing an order, you should receive an email about your order, afterward, you can track shipping in the Orders Status page in your log in on the website.

How can I cancel/modify my order?
Order cancellation requests should be made within 1 hour of purchasing because some orders may ship on the same day. After that window, modification and cancellation requests are no longer accepted.
If you're still within that 1-hour window of accepting modification and cancellations, contact me mentioning:
- The changes to be made to the order
- Order ID
- For modifications - write "Modify my order" in the email's subject
- Order number
I got my tracking number but it's not updating. Can you look into it?
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update. If an unusual amount of time passes before showing an update, pleasecontact me.
The size I ordered isn't a perfect fit, can I exchange it?
No, please ensure you're carefully choosing the correct measurements provided in the product photos.

If this happens to you, please contact you carrier the product is supposed to arrive with. They should return to your query.
What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

What should I do if my order is returned to the sender?
This usually happens when the address you provided is either incorrect, or there was a failed delivery attempt. Please make sure you fill out the proper shipping information because it's your responsibility to do so upon buying from me. Once the order reaches our warehouse the order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately Shipping costs aren't refundable.
